3 Month Gold Mechanical Warranty

Every Denson Camper Conversion comes with a 3-month Gold Mechanical Warranty, giving you added reassurance and support after your purchase. Our warranty cover is provided by Warranty Solutions Group, an established warranty provider offering cover designed to help protect you against unexpected mechanical repair costs.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you need to make a claim, please contact Warranty Solutions Group on 0800 060 8610 or email [email protected].

Before any repairs are carried out, you should take your vehicle to a suitable VAT-registered garage that is capable of working on your vehicle. If you are unsure whether a garage is suitable, we recommend contacting the warranty provider first or checking the details included in your handover pack.

Your chosen garage should contact the warranty provider and register the fault before any repair work begins. They may request information such as fault codes, photographs, part numbers and repair costs, along with your policy details.

If the repair is approved under your warranty, the warranty provider will authorise the work directly with the garage and provide instructions on how the repair should be processed.

Please note that warranty providers will not normally cover repairs that have already been completed or the cost of investigating and diagnosing a fault. Always contact the warranty provider before authorising repair work.

Extending Your Warranty

If you would like to continue your warranty cover after the initial 3-month period, get in touch with us. We can often offer competitive rates for extended warranty cover.

Complimentary Breakdown Cover

Warranty Solutions Group policies also include complimentary breakdown cover for the duration of your mechanical warranty. This is automatically activated from the same date and time as your warranty.

For example, a 3-month mechanical warranty will include 3 months of complimentary breakdown cover. Full details of the breakdown service are provided in your collection pack.
